Nothing will make you feel
more like you have arrived in Hawaii than
if someone greets you at the airport and
puts a lei of flowers around your neck.
Worse yet, you may feel down-right
uninvited if everyone else gets a lei and
you don’t.
Hawaiians have tourism down
to a science, but they can’t afford
this nice gesture for every visitor.
Thus, you need to arrange for it in
advance. Fortunately, many tour packages
include a lei greeting as part of the
package. If your travel agent
doesn’t spring for a lei greeting,
have no fear, since a number of companies
