The Haas-Lilienthal
House is one of our favorite San
Francisco places. Built in 1886, this
Queen Anne house was home to three
generations of the same family until
1972, when it became a museum. The house
is fully furnished with original pieces
and has become a popular SF attraction.
Today, the
Haas-Lilienthal House is owned and
operated by SF
Heritage, a non-profit
architectural preservation organization.
To visit, look for the big gray Victorian
on Franklin Street.
