In honor of Valentine's Day, New York City's Rise Bar (on the 14th Floor of the Ritz-Carlton at 2 West Street) is offering a buffet of chocolate desserts on February 14th at 6:30, 8:30 and 10:30 pm for a cost of $75 per person.
