Friends on the Running Trail
I was delighted to bump into a friend who was out for a run in the park today at the same time I was. I've generally been a solitary runner, but am thinking of asking about her interest in being running buddies. Knowing someone is waiting for me will certainly serve as an incentive to get out the door, and experience shows that running with a friend makes the miles fly by.
